The Mortgage and Real Estate business is what I live and breathe.   It’s what I do and have done on a full time basis for over 40 years. I can do this in my sleep, sometimes waking up in the middle of the night with a solution to a challenge.  My customers claim ” if Sue can’t do it, then it can’t be done”. 

I work hard to keep all parties involved in each transaction updated with constant communication including the Borrower, Realtor/s and Escrow.  My business is based on referrals so I work hard to establish full satisfaction for all.  

I am currently licensed by the BRE/DRE since 1982 and NMLS since 2010.  To be successful in this field I have remained a “student of the business”.   I specialize in Conventional, FHA and VA financing.  I have available sources for Non-QM (outside of the box) financing programs as well.  I strive to provide the lowest rates and fees for all programs.  Customer satisfaction is my highest goal.
