Richard graduated from USC in 1990 with a degree in Planning and Real Estate Development and soon joined Countrywide Home Loans For over a decade, Richard has been successfully promoted throughout various positions within Countrywide. From loan consultant, Vice President of National Lending Sales to National Account Manager for their Mortgage Revenue Bond division, his experience is broad in all aspects of the lending industry. Richard is happily married with two children and three stepchildren. He and his wife, Helena, travel often to Brazil to join her family in Rio de Janeiro.
