Hello, I'm Jayne Combs, a mortgage broker with over 37 years of experience in the industry. I started my career in 1984 and worked my way up to becoming an Underwriter, and then a loan officer in 1998.  I have also taught pre-education and continuing education to help others become licensed loan officers as well.

My area of expertise is helping first-time homebuyers navigate the complex process of purchasing their first home. I am also in the process of becoming a certified VA Mortgage Specialist.  But whether you are a first-time homebuyer, looking to refinance, trade-up for more space, an empty nester looking to downsize, or invest in real estate, it would be my pleasure to be able to strategize your options with you.

I believe that communication is key in any business relationship, and I make it a priority to get to know my clients and their financial goals as everyone is unique. I work closely with my clients to ensure that they stay within their budget, never wanting anyone to be house rich and money poor or pressured to buy a home higher than their comfort level.
