You can do no better than Jay Carr when it comes to getting a home loan or refinancing, both of which I have used his services for in the past for my home in Huntington Beach. The reason is, I believe, that he truly cares about helping out people in need and I it seems like he really enjoys the industry as a whole. If I had to give two words that define Jay… they would be honesty and service. An example of the latter was when we last refinanced the house. He knew my wife and I were busy hosting a party and didn’t have time to get out to get the documents notarized in time to lock in a particular low rate. So he, knowing lots of people in the business, called in a notary after hours to meet us at our house and help us complete the loan. Very unexpected and very much appreciated.
