Educating when necessary, running comparisons and analyses, and at the end of the transaction making sure the payment and loan structure works with the individual financial goals. There is an emotional component to a mortgage transaction as well. Yes, I definitely love the math, but I also enjoy helping customers who may have some fear about entering into such a large financial transaction.
