I'm a Southern California Native who has been in the Mortgage Industry since 2006. I started my career as a Wholesale Account Executive with Countrywide. I moved to the Bay Area in 2007 and quickly became one of the Top AE's in the country, even during the mortgage meltdown. 
I returned to Southern California in 2012 where I began my career on the retail side, working with consumers directly. I funded over $150 mil my first 3 years in retail. I currently reside in Long Beach and spend most of my free time in the pool. I was a CIF Champion, 2-year MVP and an NCAA Division I swimmer in the 90s. I also enjoy supporting local restaurants (read: cannot cook) and wine events. I am currently on my third year with the Women's Council of Long Beach Vine2Wine event and fundraising committee. I was nominated as the Best Mortgage Broker in Long Beach at the Best of Long Beach Awards 2018.

WHAT I DO:
I help Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners and Estate Attorneys build deeper relationships with their clients by providing additional financing options when other banks have said ‘No.’

WHY IT MATTERS:
Qualifying for a loan is not a one-size-fits-all process. I have loan programs the Big Banks don’t have access to with the ability to pre-underwrite and pre-qualify your clients myself. My ability to say ‘Yes’ more often will thrill your clients and grow your business.

HOW I DO IT:
My 10+ years as a Top Producer comes down to two basic principles: 1) Being responsive (answering my phone, responding to every email, making sure everyone is updated) and 2) Being Professional (there are a lot of phonies in this industry who can harm your relationships.) I understand that finding a lender you trust to work with your clients takes time. I work as an extension of your business, treating any referral as my own.
